TEHRAN- According to the latest report released by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI), the granted banking facilities to domestic economic sectors witnessed 12.1 percent growth during the first half of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-September 22) compared to the same period of time in the past year, IRIB reported.

More than 3.032 quadrillion rials (about $72.19 billion) of loans were paid to Iranian economic sectors in the said period, showing 327.9 trillion rials (about $7.807 billion) increase, i.e. 12.1 percent growth, from the same time span in the preceding year.
